How long does delivery take?

If you purchase an in-stock product, we pack and hand it over to the courier service by the next business day at the latest. The courier service then delivers it nationwide on the following business day, meaning delivery takes 2-3 business days.

Is there free shipping?

Yes, like most webstores, we also offer free shipping. Currently, we cover the shipping costs for orders over 30,000 Ft. It's worth ordering with friends to avoid shipping costs.

Are these original products?

Yes, you can only order original products from us, and we provide a warranty for all items.

Is there a warranty on the products?

Yes, we provide a full warranty on our products. If you experience any issues, please reply to our order confirmation email or send us a message with your order number.
